Edfu and KomOmbo
We were driven in a van, in a convoy with police escort, from Luxor to Aswan.
On the way we stopped at these two Ptolemaic temples.

Edfu (or Idfu)
One hour stop
The Ptolemaic temple of Edfu (or Idfu) The falcon is a form of Horus, to whom the temple is dedicated.

Kom Ombo
Half hour stop, which turned out to be 20 minutes
Kom Ombo is dedicated to two gods, Horus and Sobek Kom Ombo:  column and roof Kom Ombo
